What to include

A short message with a few details gets the quickest useful answer.

For a bug in the game, say which device and browser you use, which game you were playing and what you did just before the problem. If the page address has a deal code in it (?d= followed by letters and digits), copy the whole address. It identifies the exact deal.

For a deal that seems impossible to win, send the page address as well. Every deal in the default pool is replayed through the same rules the game uses, so a report like this is taken seriously. Deals labelled as random are not checked, so please say whether the label read winnable or random.

For a mistake in a rules or strategy text, name the page and the sentence that looks wrong.

For a privacy request, such as access to or deletion of personal data, say so in the first line. The site does not hold an account for you, so the only personal data it can hold about you is whatever you send in your own email. See the privacy page for your rights and how they are handled.

What this address is for

It is not a support desk for other solitaire sites or apps, and the operator cannot recover a game saved in a browser you have since cleared, because saved games exist only on your own device. Rules questions are often answered on the how to play page, and the about page explains where the deals come from.
