Using the games

SolitaireBay is free to play and needs no account. You may play on any device and link to any page. The games are for personal entertainment.

Please do not use the site in ways that harm it or other visitors. That includes automated scraping of the deal collection, attempts to disrupt or overload the service, and using scripts to generate traffic or interactions.

No prizes, no real money

Nothing on SolitaireBay can be won or lost except the game in front of you. There are no prizes, no rewards and no real money of any kind, and you cannot pay for anything on the site. Times, move counts and streaks are only for your own interest and have no value outside the game. The site is not directed to children under 13.

Content and ownership

The text, layout, graphics, source code and the collection of deals on this site belong to the operator or are used with permission. The way the deals are selected, checked, arranged and presented here is part of the work. You may not republish the pages, the rules and strategy text or the deal collection as your own, sell them, or copy them in bulk to another site. Short quotations with a link back are fine.

The faces of the playing cards come from a public-domain deck. The card backs and the site’s own graphics are original to SolitaireBay.

SolitaireBay is not affiliated with any other solitaire website, publisher, app or game brand, and names of games such as Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, Pyramid and TriPeaks are used only to describe the games. Any other names mentioned belong to their owners.

No warranty

The site and its games are offered as they are. The operator takes care that the default deals have a winning line and that the rules text is accurate, but cannot promise that the site will be free of errors, always available, that every deal can be won, or that saved games will never be lost. A deal being marked as winnable means a program that sees every card found at least one winning line for it. It is not a guarantee that you will find it. Saved games exist only in your browser and can disappear if you clear your data.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect loss or for loss of saved games. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email contact@solitairebay.com with the page address, the work concerned and your contact details. The operator reviews the report and removes infringing material promptly.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anadolu (Kartal) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Pages may link to other sites. The operator does not control them and is not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

The terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced on the site in advance, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
